Libyan University Plans Quranic Conference in September
Slated for September 12-14, it will be organized by the university’s Faculty of Arabic Language, al-Mustaqbal reported.
“Holy Quran, Arabic Expression at Highest Level” is the title of the scholarly event.
The organizers have invited university scholars, researchers and students to submit their works on the theme of the conference.
The papers should not have been presented in other similar events.
The Quran and Arabic language, Quran and scholars of Arabic grammar, Quran and phonetics research, and Quran and literary sciences are among the topics to be discussed at the conference.
It is aimed at promoting the scientific miracle of the Holy Quran and study of its literary miracles, and encouraging comparative studies in the field of Quranic sciences, among other things.
The Islamic University of Mohamed Bin Ali Al Sanussi is a non-profit public higher-education institution located in Al Bayda, Libya.
