TEHRAN (IQNA) – Head of the 23rd Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition said there are plans to enhance the expo’s arts section this year.

Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Reza Heshmati, who is also deputy culture minister for Quranic affairs, said efforts will be made to attract more Quranic artworks in different fields.
He added that a number of films with Quranic themes will also be screened at the exhibition this year.
Hojat-ol-Islam Heshmati further said four markets presenting Quranic products such as books, software, and Hijab-related data-x-items are planned to be held during the exhibition.
He went on to say that the overall framework of this year’s expo will not be much different from last year’s.
The Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition is annually mounted by the ministry of culture and Islamic guidance during the holy month of Ramadan.
It showcases the latest developments and achievements in various Quranic fields.
This edition of the exhibition, like the previous year’s, will be held at Tehran’s Holy Defense Garden Museum.
The month-long cultural event will welcome visitors from June 18 to July 17.
The 22nd edition of the expo, which was held from June 23 to July 13, 2014, attracted millions of Iranians.
