Int’l Quranic Forum Wraps Up at Al Qasimia University

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Al Qasimia University, in the United Arab Emirates, has concluded the first edition of International Quranic Forum.

 

Titled “Methods of Teaching the Holy Quran in the Present Age – Roots of Deriving and Supply Efforts”, the two-day event had started on Thursday in Sharjah.

It covered a number of important topics about the Holy Quran and ways to teach Quranic readings.

The forum, which was organized by the College of the Holy Quran in its first work with the start of the academic year 2022/2023, dealt in its axes with a number of important topics related to the Holy Qur’an, represented in the methods of memorizing the Holy Quran, methods of teaching the recitation of the Holy Quran, methods of teaching the Quran drawing and its control, in addition to addressing methods of teaching Interpretation of the Holy Quran and methods of teaching Quranic readings.

The forum, according to Awwad Al Khalaf, Director of Al Qasimia University, fulfilled several of the university's goals.

​The College of the Noble Quran at Al Qasimia University, which was established in 2017 as the first college of the Noble Quran in the country, seeks through this forum to provide the scientific arena with valuable research and innovative suggestions.
