She arrived at the Imam Khomeini (RA) International Airport in Tehran early on Saturday morning.
Khalili had answered 10 questions by the competition’s panel of judges in two sessions.
She has previously won several Quran competitions in Iran.
Born in 2005, Khalili is a visually-impaired memorizer of the entire Quran.
The international Quran competition for women was held in Dubai from November 4 to 16.
Women and girls from 63 countries took part in the contest to compete in the category of memorization of the entire Quran.
Representatives of Bahrain, Senegal and Algeria won the top three ranks, respectively.
