Quranic Course for School Students Concludes in Yemen
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The 6th edition of a summer Quranic course for school students wrapped up in Yemen.
The Quranic program was held by al-Tibyan Quranic sciences school in the city of Sayyan, Sana’a governorate.
According to al-Mashhad al-Yemeni website, the top participants were honored at the closing ceremony.
Addressing the ceremony, Sheikh Yasin bin Ahmed Bahamid, the school’s manager, said 70 students took the course.
He lauded the instructors for their efforts to teach the Quran and the students’ parents for their keenness to have their children learn the Holy Book.
The course featured lessons on memorization of the Quran as well as Fiqh and the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
